Questions on my routine
Howdy, This place is new to me, seems to be a good place for advice allready..
I just turned 15, and i havent been working out that long but.. This summer i will have more time on my hands to achieve the body i want. I wanted to kick my workout up a notch and/or switch it around. Im about 5'8 5'9 126 so im not big, in my bones or body fat. Heres my workout
day1 chest nd arms
bench-4sets,10reps
incline bench-3sets,10reps
flys-4sets,12-15reps
Preacher Curls-4sets,15reps
curls-2sets,10-20reps
hammer-2sets,10-20reps
day3 shoulders nd legs
side and front lats-4sets,14reps
shrugs-4sets,15reps
Calf raises-4sets.14reps
lounges-3ets,15reps
squats-3sets,20reps
day5 back and triceps
lat pull,reverse grip lat pull, behind the neck lat pull-4sets,14reps
rows-4sets,12reps
Tricep dips, tricep extensions, tricep pulldown -4sets,15reps
My questions are is this too much to be doing? What could be done to confuse the muscle? What could i do to make it more intense? What could i add?
