Default Alrighty then, heres the workout!

So i do some curls, some presses, sit-ups (sit-downs, haha), push-ups, running, medicine ball stuff... really anything, im new to this stuff and not sure whats best to do, im really going for my chest... any suggestions? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I would be super duper happy

Get some compounds in there, and some unilateral work as well. I don't see bench press or the like in there.. are you wanting full body or split??? Like Alex said -age, height and weight.. and goals as well.

Make your dad buy you "The New Rules of Lifting" [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Thats sort of a joke and sort of not. It will give you the basics of lifting and is very readable.

What sort of equipment do you have access to?
