This week my 7 yr old and I start Taekwondo. Is there anything I should beaware of for her sake?

I just read through Brian's latest newsletter and from what I have observed in the class this training fits well with his GPP focus.

The class runs twice a week for an hour, we may have her do one class a week to start.

Not sure, the school has been running for over 25 years. Is there a difference? one better than the other?

This is free and run by a Cop.
