i asked this question on menshealth.com and a guy on there told me to go to this website and ask the same question and said you all would have some great advice. im a wrestler and have to stay at the same weight(145). i love lifting and i have been trying to get a lot more muscle on me, but still stay the same weight. would it be healthy if i substituted protein shakes for all of my meals or atleast some of my meals? im 15 and im about 5'8. and i have been lifting for atleast a year and a half on and off. could anyone give me some advice?

No, that wouldn't be healthy. You need to talk to your coach or a nutritionist about healthy eating. Protein shakes are not magical. They are nothing more than a by-product of milk.

You need to learn about proper training and nutrition, preferably from an expert source in person.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
