hello to all,
what can i do to take my bodyfat% down, and something that will get me from 10-12% where i am right now to 7-9% where i want to be, in like six month, also if i do pull ups in about how long will i see my back get bigger? also use a roamn chair for my abs, i lift my legs straight ahead, bring my knees up, and do this oblique thing, i was wondering if that is enough to make my obliques straight? and also i bench and i went up 35 pounds in 2.5 month, but my chest hasnt been getting bigger, so i was wondering how many pounds less then my max do i have to do, for my chest to get as big as it can? thanks

u have to realize that you are not going to get "newbei gains"(like with one of your old threads said) all the time. Unless you are Jason Giambi/Barry Bonds, the only way to get bigger is to lift and wait. It takes time for the body to healthily grow back. You need to be patient.

Adding weight will not make your muscles grow if you aren't eating enough, just like I told you in your other thread. Back is the same as chest, same as arms, same as legs, etc. they will only grow if you are eating enough to allow them to grow.
