hey im 15 and skinny and i want to look like this


is it even possible for me at this age?
and also what do i need to do/
another hting, should i just bench and curl or also use machines to achive this look

bench, curl, squats, chin ups, deadlift...compound lifts are the best....isolation exercises (i.e. curls) arent as good as doing chin ups

o thanks but what about the abs, or the obliques? and what are chinups?

same as pullups, but instead of your palms facing away from your body, they face towards your body.

yea...and for the abs...do weighted crunches...theres some good ones in the routine part of the FAQ(frequently asked questions) area on the forum...you need to scroll down a little, its one of the ones from t-nation...since you are 15 and skinny..as i am...you may not see a lot of results...right now im doing a lot of compound lifts so i am not doing so many ab things...but i used some of the T-nation.com routines and made progress....try one out....
