im 15, im skinny, and i work out 3 times a week, i lift weight, and do ab work, and run 40min. i still can't see my 6 pack, why? and also what do i have to do in order to get those lines that separte your torso from your upper leg?

what can i do for the lines tho? are tehy lines created by stronger obliques?

Its all in your body fat which is all in the kitchen. How much do you weigh anyway? I'd said just forget getting ripped and build some strength and size. Thats just my opinion though.
