Hey,

I went to sleep the other night, I woke up around 4:30 am because of my shoulder muscle. It woke me up because it had this really wierd twitching feeling, like it was eating my shoulder or sumthing. I went back to sleep, and when I woke around 2 hours later my shoulder wasn't sore anymore and niether is it twitching.

I dont know if its good or bad, when I look at my shoulder it didn't look like it changed. Didn't shrink or get big or whatever.

This happened just around 4 days after I worked out my shoulders..

So is this twitching thing normal, or is it a bad thing. Or I'm just imagining things?
