Default Everything Hurts!

I want to keep track of my fitness activities and am so glad to see a thread for this!

My body hurts from the last week of exercise, but it feels good, too. It's a new & strange feeling. Somehow, I wiegh two more pounds today than yesterday; 168.6! Not very motivating.

Goals:
  • Get a solid exercise program down and understand why I am doing each exercise and how it affects my body.
  • Hire a trainer as soon as I can afford one.
  • Keep track of what I eat; nutrition value, sugar content, calories
  • Find out what my body wieght should be for my size. If there is one.
  • Meet for Fitness Consultation with Wessley Saturday, Oct. 10 @ 1:30pm.
  • Don't give up!
  • Eat Healthy
10/3: Joined YMCA and swam for two hours. 10/5: Pilates, Yoga, swimming. One hour each. 10/6: Pilates/Yoga Fusion and Stretch and Strength water fitness. One hour each. 10/7: Yoga and Aqua Athletics. One hour each. 10/8: Pilates/Yoga Fusion and Light & Lively. One hour each. Purchased a few Pilates DVDs and used TyBo vhs. Two tsp. sugar & half & half with coffee, banana, tuna sand., chili for dinner.

Light and Lively class today was eye opening. I look forward to mastering it soon.

Welcome! Best of luck. You'll learn an amazing amount of stuff from the people here. They won't sugar coat anything, but I doubt you'll find a more educated and passionate group of fitness professionals and serious enthusiasts anywhere else.
