Hey everyone! I'm new to the forum and figured the best thing to do would be to start a training log! So a few quick stats:
Age: 24
Height: 5'5
Weight: ~155
Max Squat - ~250
Max DL - 315
Max BP - 215
Max OHP - 130
I did a pretty crappy BP split a few years back and since this past 1.5 years I've done NROL, Starting Strength, and I'm now doing a Westside Template. I'll be posting my workouts starting tomorrow!
