Fencai's mission-NOT-impossible!
I purchased my copy of TNROLFW and read it front to back in just a few days.
I went on vacation for a week, and when I got back from camping, I re-stocked, set up and prepped.
Last night was night one at the gym.
I rocked it. I lifted a good amount of weight, although I think on certain things (squats) I could do more as Im not sore today at all.
Im ready to go tomorrow I have my training logs all set up and ready to go!
Phase one- begun.
Phase two, look out... here I come. With a vengeance!
I'll have hubby help me take pics and measurements later to post in my log.
I have a ways to go to get to my goal, but I know it can be done!
