My "get my act together" blog.....
My title says it all...I need to get my act together especially in the area of diet. The classic saying, "you can't exercise off a bad diet" fits me perfectly. I've started fitness logs here a couple of times, but always have fizzled out on them. So, I'm going to give it another try....
Tomorrow I'm going to begin the OPT program again. I made it half way thru OPT earlier this year (at least I think it was earlier this year) and had real good results...but, alas I did not finish it.
I'm going to try and get some measurements together so I can track those...maybe if I get brave a picture or two.
I can say, my starting weight is currently 175 and I am 5 feet 4 inches tall. My short-term goal is to drop 15 pounds.
So, until tomorrow......
