Well my meals are small (ie: cottage cheese with jam, fruit, cheese and crackers, chocolate protein bar, yogurt...etc) Today I ate at 7:30am,10am,12pm,1pm (pre-work out protein shot...Got off work early today!), 4pm (ok so really it was 3 hrs from 1pm to 4..not 2 hrs) and I will probably have a snack in about an hour (so it will be 7pm) and I might be done, if not, I'll have fruit to snack on!

Are you going to bed at 8pm then? I've seen you mention eating pb as a last snack.. and yet you only plan to eat at 7pm as a last meal?
I always eat 3 times a day on rest days and yet, my last meal is invariably just 1hr pre-bed time (10-11pm), while it frequently happens my 2nd meal is only eaten around 8pm. Most people get the hungriest at night.. this is why I've planned my meals that way so that I get to eat twice in the evening..
Don't believe the myth that everything eaten at night will be stored as fat.. that's nothing but a myth

I meant to say that I'm going to eat my last planned snack at 7pm, but I'm sure I'll end up munching on fruit. I seem to follow my plan and then add a little something :-p
My bed time is no where near 8pm! lol...so even on days when I have to be up early to work I end up falling asleep at midnight or sometimes later! And you are sooooooo right, I also get hungry sometimes in the middle of the night and if I end up snacking...I try to do reach for the healthier options. So with that said, I will have my planned snack at 7pm and most likely snack on fruit and crackers between 9 and 10pm and go to bed at 11:30 (hopefully!)

Make that a protein-rich snack like cheese or yoghurt. There's no sense in going to bed when your last meal was a whopping 5hrs before. That's a 12 hr fast right there!

I always save calories (or points) for evening snacks. That's one thing I just have not been able to break myself of. The only way for me to not have snacks is to just go to bed, and even that doesn't always work.

Makes sense. We're all different. When I eat 6 meals a day, I'm STARVING until my next meal.

Good Morning! Or should I say afternoon...but feels like morning since I woke up really LATE today (no work for me). I was a statistic last night b/c I ended up eating out of the fridge in the middle of the night, well maybe not the fridge but more like just one jar of peanut butter. Seems like that is the only thing I cannot stay away from...I'd say I had 2 servings (4 tbsp-400 cals). Oh well...it's a new day and I'm going to focus on my plan today!
I was trying to take a picture of myself today, but the whole timer thing on my camera was driving me crazy...however I managed to get 2 decent pictures

***Oh Poppypixie is going to laugh at this, I didn't match either :-/*** lol

You can really tell I had bad posture in the last pic because I am slouching...I don't always do that but for some reason ended up taking a picture that way!

Will post again later today with work out and diet.

Hi there! Just stopped in here to say I have seen some of your lifts, and I'm very impressed! Especially with the squats! Way to go!

And, I love that treadclimber machine. There was one at my old gym in Austin, but can't find one here in So. Cal.

Hi, and thank you!

Lemme tell you that treadclimber works me out! I would really love to buy one so I can have one at home..in the mean time there's like 30 of them at my gym, I can't believe you can't find one! Is it because your gym is small??

I left when I was 8 years old. I absolutely love LOVE Crimea and going to the Black Sea!!! I just talked to my uncle and they were there for a whole month and a half this summer for their vacation. Where I am from (Kriviy Rig) is about 200km from the Black Sea. I am so jealous that they get to do that for so long...maybe this coming summer I will get to go

Yes, the currency exchange right now is about 1USD=8UAH.
It's the saving up part. $1500 alone for round trip ticket and then spending money on top of that. Besides I wanted to fly through France next time and maybe spend 5 days there too Boy, do I miss my grandma's cooking! Yum!

Not if I keep stringing together these bad diet days. I'm usually very compliant, but I've been having some real issues this week. I think its largely due to starting a new routine and having to change my sleeping schedule to get up at 4:40am every morning. But, on a positive note the extra calories are giving me all kinds of energy for exercise! Tonight I'll finish my sixth training session for the week.

I took some "before" pictures back in May, but I'm not sure when the "after" ones will happen. That said, I won't disclose (disclothes?) my undergarments other than to say no tighty-whities.

Cool is nice, but still wet, which still means wearing the rain suit for the ride home. Hope it holds off tonight--I want to go to the pool.

I know its hard to get up that early, soon I will be making big changes to my schedule also as I am going back to school to finish my degree! I give you BIG KUDOS for the 4:40am wake ups! It takes me hitting the snooze button a few times just to get up at 5:30-6am. And you're right, looking at all the extra calories as more energy to exercise more is the best way to look at it, instead of frowning and feeling like crap! Also, good job on the 6th session

Well I'll be around here I'm sure, when it does happen!

I can't even go to the pool for atleast another week and a half due to my new tattoo I got a week ago! So I hope that atleast you'll get to go :-p
Btw, looking at your name and seeing 49'er....do you or did you go to UNCC? As of today I am an official UNCC student. YAY go me.. I've been putting off going back to schoo for a while. Now I just have to figure out what my new schedule will be as I am still working a lot and will be taking 4 classes!

Sucks. I didn't make it today. Got dragged to Flying Saucer instead, but I do have a whole weekend to swim

I'm a two-time graduate of UNCC and may become a student yet again; in the meantime, I'm again an employee there (my fourth round of that), so you'll have to peek in Cone Center when you get a chance.

I feel like I am coming down with something or getting that pre-stomach bug sickness before it all hits me. I didn't eat as much today, terrible headache and nausea all day! I hope it all goes away soon...

Ran around all day during errands..but was wishing I could just curl up on the couch with some hot soup, crackers and watch a good movie or two! Hoping to go to bed early tonight since I have to work at 8am...on a saturday I did manage to get some cardio done on treadclimber during the time when I felt ok today.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!
