Default A little less conversation

I'm Becca and I'm excited to join other people who are already on their way with NROL. I'm starting NROL4W and know that the key for me will be having communication and accountability with a cool group.

I tend to set goals too high so for NROL4W I'm going to record my workouts and some nutritional info, but I'm not going to get too crazy about being a perfectionist. I don't demand overnight changes, but subtle, life-improving ones that I can learn to enjoy and stick with.

Thursday 06/04/09
Exercise: took dog on walk

Nutrition:
protein 17% (actual: 107g, goal: 140-160g)
fat 51%
carb 32%


Today: Work on adding more protein at more frequent times during the day, relying less on fat. Workout A, Week 1.
