Weight this morning: 62.7 kg (had 62.4 as my lowest 3 weeks ago).

Its really plummeting down atm, 63.4 yesterday, 64.0 the day before. Its kinda freaky!

Guess I'll have to take this extra waterweight (2 kg now..) into account when going into maintenance.. I'll make sure to go down to 57.5 instead of 60, so I'll end up around 60

That's a pretty normal thing to happen = BW bouncing up from eating more carbs & extra water retention from no longer being as depleted. For some the difference can be huge, as much as 5kg, but 1-2 kg is very normal.

That's the real problem with candy. Individual pieces aren't outrageous, but how many people only eat one piece?

Deficit ended yesterday, weigh-in was 62.6 this morning (lowest was 62.5, so I've undone most of the damage I did in the last 3 weeks ). Had too many peanuts and chips on Saturday evening - next event I'm gonna bring a pint of quark cheese so I won't be tempted to eat the peanuts.

So... now I'm allowed to eat the candy! I had 2 this morning, but they somehow seem less tempting than last week.. odd psychological effect. I will eat some more though!

Had another 'why the heck not' and signed up for a LARP weekend (you know, the geeky roleplay thing where everyone runs around in the woods dressed up with foam swords). I love putting costumes together, wish I had more confidence in my sewing abilities so I could make my own.

Enjoy your candy!

I'm already looking forward to hearing about the LARP weekend.

Doing maintenance, but not tracking since I'm eating lots of foods that aren't in my Fitday, and I'm too lazy to enter them.

I'm a bit afraid that I'm eating under maintenance, but my weight is going up by about 0.1 kg/day, so maybe I'm not eating under maintenance. I try and eat some extra candy to make sure I don't eat too few calories :P

Haven't been to the gym at all last month, I need to figure out how to re-spark my motivation. Last time I went to the gym I started to deviate from my program, but I still think its better to go to the gym and do random stuff than not going at all because I can't stick to the program. I've felt like doing pushups though, so I do them sometimes at home - I can't do more than 1 though, then I start sagging. I *think* its my back, but it might also be my triceps... I know my benches are horrible because of my weak triceps, I'm always on the verge of dropping the right dumbell on my face, and it seems the right side is worst while doing pushups. I should do some triceps exercises and see if that makes my pushups better.

Oh, and I'm growing my hair longer so I can have a braid. This means no more dyeing though, since bleaching roots of strands is a pain.

Monday: back on the deficit. I think I've been back since Saturday - I threw up most of what I ate the night after, and Sunday I didn't feel like eating much. I think I ate too much greasy stuff at the party, and I don't think I digest that well.

Weight this morning: 62.2 kg
Only 4.2 kg left to go!

Still haven't been to the gym, I'm really busy with my costume and I've picked up practicing my trumpet again. Doing occasional pushups in my livingroom though, if that counts for anything...

Tsk.. you need to go to the gym regardless of how you feel & preplan what you're going to do. Once there, things will undoubtedly fall into place .. in case you're still not motivated, only do half of the sets (still do all exercises I'd suggest).

It's very hard to get back into a habit if you've not done something for quite a while.. another reason for me to not do more than 1 rest week at the time, except for when I'm gone for travel. That plus not training always used to make me overeat big time.. how about you?

Just feeling unmotivated, yeah, you sometimes have to push through it. But I have to say if I've been puking recently, that kinda makes me disinclined to workout...
