My back is a little better, I went to martial arts last night.
Tonight, I tried a spinning class. I had a little trouble with the standing positions. They kind of reminded me of Bulgarian Split Squats. Ouuuch!!
I am trying to get real serious about losing a few pounds before Christmas. I figure if I continue sticking to WW and add a spinning class once or twice a week, I might lose 3 pounds before the holidays --- don't want to get my hopes too high --- but maybe even 5 pounds. That would be really cool.
