About half and half touch and tackle rugby. I wish we would do just one on any given day, making the switch felt a little awkward; after an hour, it was just like "ok, full contact now." It is nice to get some more contact in though, and it was 7v7 with a ref and lineouts and scrums. I took a nasty hit that wrecked my shoulder pretty good, but it should be all right in a few days. It was my own fault for going in after a ball and not being aggressive enough while Rob came in from the other side fully committed. I wont make that mistake again.
