Glad you have the internet back. Isn't it amazing how frustrating that is, when a few years ago we didn't even have it??

Really incredible how so we allow technology to ingrain in our lives.

Word..

The most frustrating part was not being able to upload my GWF data, so I had to wing it, as far as calculating maintenence calories..

Oct 20/09 .. RFL +39

Activity:
Stacked wood, NROL hypertrophy workout B(5).

Weight: 192

Calories burned: 3500

Calories consumed: 3975

Ouch.. Tweaked my back doing the deadlifts.. Lost concentration I guess, and my lower back rounded.. I stopped immediately and laid face down for for a bit.. I quit the deads, but finished the workout, then iced it a bit when I got home.. I'll be stiff tomorrow for sure.. But hopefully I'll be ok for my upper body workout the day after tomorrow..

I was a little blown over when I uploaded my GWF tonight (9:30).. Extrapolating what I'd have burned by 12 midnight, I got 3500 for my calorie expenditure for the day.. Add 500 calories to that, and I have 4000 cals to eat by bedtime (up to only 3500 so far!).. Alot of peanut butter in my cottage cheese out to do it..

Diet:

80g rolled oats
180g 2% cottage cheese
15g whey powder
15g peanut butter

190g goat milk (in my latte.. I'll try 2% milk)
2 English muffins
2 eggs
110g egg whites
90g back bacon
60g guacamole

70g banana
165g mango
22g almonds
250g 1.6% fat yogurt
30g whey powder

WORKOUT

130g banana
40g whey powder
280g goat milk
30g peanut butter
50g cocoa powder

4 oz sweet potato
110g apple
23g sour cream
65g 1.6% yogurt
5.3 oz chicken breast

250g 2% cottage cheese
30g peanut butter
3 EFA

Cals: 3,975 .. F: 150g C: 350g P: 315g .. 34/33/32

I've started another thread, seeing as how I'm not looking to get down to 11% bf anymore, and want to get on to bulking, while staying at around 15% bf..

Doug's Lean Bulking Attempt (Advice definately wanted!)

I also want to start fresh with all my new body stats, workout routine, and diet info..

Please check it out!

Doug, you must have done some funky cutting and pasting with your new log. Something has it all screwed up. You are going to need a mod to fix it, I think. Roland is good with that kind of thing (Lost Dog).

You mean the link to the new log here? Or the link to the old log (this one) there?

I'm not seeing any problems..

You need to get a mod to fix your first post in your new log. There's an open tag or something because you probably did a C&P. Even though people have posted on your new log, none of the posts are showing. Just your original post. Replies do not show because of the problems in your first post.
