So far this week I've put off my LBWO twice. Racquetball is fast becoming an obsession, so when i get to the gym and a game is available, well, that's where my hour is going! It's a great sweat, and I love the feeling of setting new "PR's" every time I play. Being a noobie is so exciting.

Today, I will get 'er done.

As far as eats, I've been too low cal for too many days and hence I'm up at 2 am partaking in a bowl of cereal. (It was sooo good!)

I think I'll do one more week of Tabata after this, then go back to low rep/heavier weights for a few weeks.

I'm easily bored.

LOL at being easily bored. That describes me on most programs. If I did not have to report in every single day my compliance, I would be all over the place too.

Just noting that I'm still off; after so many months (years?) pushing weights around in various and sundry ways it feels really good to be just ... playing. I get to call people and set up play dates for myself. Very indulgent.

I DO need to get at least one really good day of strength training each week, though. I'm going to try to do it on Wednesdays, as I get to the gym twice that day anyway (kid practices).

Eats have been pretty good. I wonder what would happen if I upped my cals to Karla's levels???

I WISH I could eat as much as Karla! On 1300 cals today, and it sucks... but it's working, so I'll keep doing low-cal days on non-lifting days... poor little Bytsi...

Well let's see. Karla got a little pudgy on her cals so likely you would too. Remember that you have to throw the same volume in order for it to be apples to apples. You'd prolly put on some nice mass with that plan. But you'd get chubby. Did ya see my big fat belly in my squat video? I was horrified when I looked at the tape. LOL!

If it makes you guys feel better I am eating only a tiny bit over 2K now and barely losing anything at all. I'll be in the 1700 range before this is all said and done.

Ditto Bytsi, Karla: if that's big fat, I'd like to see fit and trim!

I'm hanging' in there with the eats, and after last week's weight workout and ensuing DOMS, I'm thinking once every other week is not enough! It's just so hard to say "no" to a rb game if invited. Played 4 hours of singles and cut throat yesterday and had a blast, but I'm walking a little like an old lady now. Yow.

I plan to do a UBWO tomorrow and a LBWO Saturday. If I relaly focus on form, I should be able to make this fit in with my new obsession = )

Sorry 'bout the DOMS, but rb sounds like fun. I've never played... Glad you're hanging in there - and yeah, more frequent lifting might help with the DOMS!
