So far this week I've put off my LBWO twice. Racquetball is fast becoming an obsession, so when i get to the gym and a game is available, well, that's where my hour is going! It's a great sweat, and I love the feeling of setting new "
PR's" every time I play. Being a noobie is so exciting.
Today, I will get 'er done.
As far as eats, I've been too low cal for too many days and hence I'm up at 2 am partaking in a bowl of cereal. (It was sooo good!)
I think I'll do one more week of Tabata after this, then go back to low rep/heavier weights for a few weeks.
I'm easily bored.
