Thanks guys. Still feeling poorly. I was better for a day or two after starting the antibiotic, but this morning my head was really stuffy and I was dizzy and the crap coming out of my sinuses was dark yellow. I've had a splitting headache all day too. I think I need a different antibiotic. UGH. I see my doctor again on Wednesday, so that's good.
The girls are both on antibiotics now. We took them to the doctor again this morning because they both have been coughing so much. Their lungs are clear, but Michaela has a sinus infection ... poor girl, and Hayley's ears are no better after being on antibiotics for one week, so she's on a different antibiotic.
Ugh.
My new Bodybugg came today. But it is inoperational!! Waaaa!!! Some sort of battery defect they think. Of course, they will ship me a new one, but it won't get here for 7-10 days which SUCKS!!! Ah well ... I sold my old one, so I'm Bugg-less for a while.
Heading to the Children's museum tomorrow ... and then to Whole Foods (which is across the street). And then maybe the build your own burger restaurant for lunch ... could be fun with the girls!!

I hope you do have fun tomorrow!!! I totally feel your sick pain. Samantha had the flu PLUS ear infection last week and now Jack's hacking his head off and running fever. Two weeks is a looooong time. I do hope you feel better soon!
Feel better and yes, WAAAAAH on the Bugg. They should at least overnight it if it's THEIR issue, I think. Then again, if you're not feeling well, maybe it's for the best that you don't feel an urge to test out the new bugg, right?
Awww yuck! Sounds like the crud for sure...hopefully the antibiotics will kick it's butt! No fair about the BUGG...don't they know this is serious stuff here???!!!!
I'm still not feeling great ... just generally tired, sinus pressure/headache in the afternoon, and still some runny nose. But I just want to do SOMETHING.
So, volume very very low ... rest periods L O N G ...
Dynamic Warmup stuff
A. Front Squats 45# 2x5
B. Chin Ups (assisted) 2x3
C. Push Ups 2x5
Followed by ...
Treadmill x 45 minutes, incline 1%, speed 3.2 mph
Then stretching and foam rolling.
Got my new Bugg FINALLY ... and slept in in last night ... it will be interesting to compare ...

Yea ... fucking bronchitis.
I'm a z-pacck and some good codeine cough stuff.
Mmmmm ...
My chest just HURTS ... and I get SOB pretty easily. I refused to fill the rx for prednisone, but if the wheezing doesn't get better I may have to.
Crap.
Is spring here yet?
I did open the windows today for a bit after I cleaned (with bleach).
At least both girls went to school today ... it's been over a week since they both went!!

i had bronchitis in like 1st or 2nd grade. out of school for more than a week, and my gramma came over to take care of me during the day. This was the fun time where I had such high fevers I actually totally understood Pink Floyd. (I always ran high fevers as a kid, which is funny for someone who has a below 98.6 normal temp by about 2degrees… my fevers were always over 103.) One time, my head was so big and balloon-like (to me) that it detached and started floating, and I could look down and see myself.
Julie - I have long forgot (it is so good) how often everyone was sick when our kids were little. On the other hand it is hard to forget how precious those years were. Haha, we remember the good and forget the hard. And wifeys do more than us guys when the little ones are ill. I remember my unfair expectations of wife - make our kids feel better. And she did! I'll bet you do too. Anyway you soon all will be better.
