So here I am March. Getting ready to head to the gym. Was hoping to be under 230. Got on the scale. It stuttered between 229 and 230. Landed on 230. Not bad. I've been eating a bit more, keeping it clean, the appitite has been crazy lately! Not sure what's up with that. Anyway doing my last FL1 workout today. Then moving on to FL2. Still not excited about the week off from the gym it calls for. I'll probably at least have to go play some raquetball or something.
