adding romanian deads to rippetoe's
I probably know the answer to this question (no), but I need an exercise to strengthen my glutes more since on ATG squats my weakness in the hole is starting to show more. Since I don't have any access to a GHR or reverse hyperextension bench I'd figure romanian deadlifts are a good way to go. I was thinking of adding them on the workout B days.
