Thanks, Paula! I am going to try to be as consistent as I can at logging things. Maybe this log will get beyond a page or two. I have notebooks full of paper logs but the computer ones alway elude me.

That's why Otto and I just scan our logs. Actually writing out the stuff you did in 8 different places just isn't all that appealing, and that was always the downfall of our online logs, wherever they might have been.
blah blah blah, just writing stuff so is easy to subscribe and also say HI
Hey, Newman.
Good to see you back.
That 5k will happen soon, I am sure.
Hey John! Its good to be back. My initial goal is to get my 1 mile time to 10 minutes or below. Will take some time, but I can do it. Back in the day I did some running and kind of started to enjoy it. Who'd have thought.

HI! I can see scanning the logs, I just don't own a scanner. I really like the Werkit! logs because they are the right size (I have a Covey binder) and even though I use a Blackberry now for time management, I use the binder to store workout logs, etc. Its nice.

Hey guys! Always an honor to have you visiting my log. So far I am doing well. A little sore this morning, shoulders and legs, from the swimming but feel good. Saw some bike porn in another thread. Thought I would show everyone what my bike looks like.
Hope everyone has a great Monday.

Adam Campbell posted in your log! MAN, you must be somebody special!
Hey Adam! I hope you're around and posting a whole lot more! We've missed you, too!
Newman, I just noticed the log! Good on ya! I hope you're foam rolling and doing some mobility with all that running. I like your logging parameters. It's cool to see how you felt, time of day, etc. Those things do make a difference. Good luck with the program!

I am very special indeed. I am glad that people stop by my log. I am also happy that I am able to keep it up so far.
Yes, I am doing some rolling and mobility drills. I don't list everything in the log on the computer. I will try to be a bit more specific. Thanks for asking, though. I tend to log the information I like to see from clients, etc.

Newman great to see you hitting the road running. I restarted my running again "back at the basics" several weeks ago so I know how tough it is to get back in the flow. Especially for us guys that are not natural born runners. Good Luck

C'mon Newman. You know the drill. What are your goals, etc. We can't help you get there if we don't know where you are going. Goals should be specific and measurable.
