Orangechic's Next Stage (NROL)
I finished NROL4W and thought the next program should be NROL, I am in the Break In Phase and am enjoying it so far. Although I am excited to get into the stages.
Current Stats-
Height- 5'7"
Weight- 119
Goals- I have not been feeling that great with my weight, I am up about 3 lbs from normal and know that I need to get the diet in check. Work, grad school and volunteering keep me really busy and I need to hold myself accountable to get to the grocery store and make healthy meals for myself.
Meals today-
M1- Greek yogurt and pp
M2- String cheese
M3- Chicken Tortilla Soup and Whole Wheat Crackers
M4- Had a spoonful of peanutbutter and a few celery sticks
M5- Leftover whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce, carrots
M6- Will depend on what time I get done with school
Workout today-
Break In Stage Workout A #3

Happy Wednesday, halfway through the week. I had a great workout this morning, Fat Loss II, Workout A and I am going to be sore.
Tonight is the first night in months that I don't have anything going on, I will probably head to Costco and do some homework and relax on the couch for once!

I had a puke-worthy workout this morning and could barely make it through the last set.
Snatch Grip Deadlift- 80lbs! 3 sets of 10
T push-up- 3 sets of 10
Bulg Split Squats w/ Overhead press- 12.5lbs, 3 sets of 10
Underhand Grip Lat Pulldown- 50lb, 3 sets of 10
RDL/Bent Over Row- 50lb
Lower Body Russian Twist- I hate these!
22 minutes of HIIT, after all of this I could barely walk back up the stairs to the locker room.
So the plan for food today is to keep the carbs low and drink tons of water-
M1- 2 hardboiled eggs
M2- Protein shake with water
M3- ?
M4- Nuts and cheese
M5- Chicken and salad
M6- Probably some more nuts

Things have been good, I am on the week between programs so it has been nice to take a few days off from the gym. But Sunday I am back at it.
My focus lately has been increasing my protein intake, adding a protein shake in the morning has really helped. I still am not a huge fan but I can at least get it down.

Are you in MN or Chi town? If MN, did you get a dome dog?
My office is going to a day game next week. Its always a good time, but I am excited for the new outdoor stadium.

I started a new stage yesterday for NROL- and I am really sore today! It's been awhile since I had done any bench presses, and I can really feel it.
It was nice to not go to the gym today since I was so sore.

how'd the root canal go? i've only had one and he was able to do it the same day he decided i needed it - not a bad way to go since i didn't have to dread it for days/weeks!

Hope the root canal went well. I had one just like Karen had--same day procedure. Had to come back later and get the crown, though.

Root canal went surprisingly well- although I am still a bit tender near that tooth. I listen to my ipod at the dentist to calm me down, not sure why but I have always hated going. I get so worked up every time I have to go.
I had a great workout this morning- it was a leg day of the NROL stage I am on. I love the jello feeling I get at the end of the workout. But the 15 step ups on each leg were challenging today!

It is starting to feel like fall here- it is only 55 this morning. We are expecting a high up to 81 but the mornings are crisp. Junior League went well last night and our financials were good and with a few modifications we can close out the league year.
It will be a quiet day at work today, everyone else on my team is travelling or in meetings. I should be able to get a lot done. I have no plans tonight which doesn't happen very often, I am going to go to Costco and clean the house.
Meals today
M1- Oatmeal and watermelon
M2- Greek yogurt and protein shake
M3- Leftover chicken and a little bit of whole pasta with sauce
M4- String cheese and protein shake
M5- I will pick something up at Costco to make
