Somehow the two of these comments together... are a little dirty.

Still couldn't get video, we came home to that. He's sneaky about it because he thinks we don't know if he does it when we're not around. As if we couldn't figure it out.

Too busy at work.

At first I was pissed. "Let's try more of what you already got." Umm, okay. a) I asked my PCP if that was worth a shot and he said no and b) that shit hardly gets me going an hour after I wake up.

But she said, try it without food... I had been taking it with food 'cuz the first couple of days I had pretty bad nausea. Apparently that's a huge boost.

So, 2 doses a day on an empty stomach... and I feel like I almost could think about getting a workout in without wanting to take a nap.

I go back in 3 weeks to see if a bigger dose or something else is in order.

Hmmmm... well - that's something, I guess. Was hoping for miraculous instant cure... Hope the bigger dose makes life more livable for both of you.

He also has a vitamin D level of 19. We're hopeful that that's the real culprit, and that soon the supps and extra sun time will help.

It wasn't much of one. But dammit if I didn't feel like working out when I got home from work. What's up with that? It's like something is actually working.

I just kinda winged a kettlebell workout. I was gonna do some get ups, but um... yeah I didn't make it.

In any case, good workout and I imagine I'll feel it tomorrow.

Ah, but then his wife totaled her car and had a concussion and a knee that swelled to the size of a basketball, and has no help.

Now you're just making excuses. Good ones though. Noticing that it took me a week to reply would also be a valid come back.

Prepared to be shocked...

A workout!

Went to the gym. I'm man enough to the admit that getting to use the handicapped spot and the elevator 'cuz I was with Aoife played a part in generating the necessary minimum motivation by lowering the bar.

Basically futz'd around with the freemotion machines as much as I felt able, given the back spasms of late. Felt good.

There's a deadlift one that I have no clue why I never paid attention to before. I knew it was there. Just never used it. The lack of bar makes it easy for Mr. Stubby Arms (read: designed for squatting) to normal dead, vs. the usual sumo.. which helps the hips not feel quite to tweaked.
