Hi,

I am starting week 3 of the NROLW. I didn't know who Alwyn was nor did I enjoy going to the gym. I teach yoga and have been eating a vegan/raw lifestyle on and off for several years. Stage 1 - B4

I have felt really low on energy this week. Getting over some kind of cold. I started charting food progress on fitday and realized I was not eating enough, which is probably why I got sick.

WLP:
85/12

BW/40

Feelin stronger!

Welcome and good luck.
Several people here have been discouraged by their legs getting bigger/pants getting tighter. If I remember correctly, it's because you're likely holding water. You might want to search through some of the training logs and the NROL4W forum a better explaination of this though.
