Hi, Terry! Glad to see that even guys like you fall to the soft-serve siren every now and then...

We're taking a road-trip vacation across the deep South next week, from Texas to Florida. You won't be able to swing a dead cat without hitting a DQ or a Stuckey's.

Must . . . resist . . . the . . . soft serve ....

Oh Jeebus.... maybe I can have one on my birthday.

Terry I see you're quitting smoking. Good Job!!! Bob is doing the same and I totally relate to the Mr Grumpy pants comment you made. He's not exactly in the best of moods right now.

Nice... add the extra arm work, then throw in some dragon flags for good measure. Not like they're hard or anything.

Refeed day today. Mostly good, whole grain carbs but a few cheat foods mixed in for sanity. Back to lowering down the glycogen tomorrow.

kneeling underhand grip lat pulldown - 100, 100 (+10)

add on superset 2x15
db bicep curl - 30's; 35's (+5)
ss w/
skull crushers - 75 (+5)

2x10 dragon flags

4x10 weighted serratus cable crunch

13:19 stretching and cooldown

Notes:
Due to the post in the training forum I tried to do handstand pushups, one arm pull up and unassisted pistol squats tonight too.
I was able to do the handstand pushup. I finally got a pistol squat too. Seems my stretching and bench pistols have helped quite a bit. I was excited! I got about halfway up on the one arm pullup and that was it. Dead stop. Looks like I'll have to keep trying for that one.
