9% already? Geez, you're a machine! Nice work.

And hope you and yours are all safe and dry. The news reports from DM and Cedar Rapids aren't looking good.

Yeah, roughly 9%. I got readings below and above that.

20 mins of HIIT cycling today. Since I started eating Plan B I want to make sure that I get at least 2 sessions of HIIT in per week.

Thanks. They're a bitch alright. I've been tying them onto the end of my TNT about every other workout. I feel 'em all through my abs = works awesome and makes you sore as hell.

Nice. 20 reps w/ 30 seconds is awful.

I've been meaning to ask... how do you do 20 minutes HIIT with burpees? Do you do 30 seconds burpees, 60 secs rest, or what sort of scheme? I usually do burpees in sets of 10, then 60 secs rest, and by the end of the third round I'm ready to pass out. That's only about 5 minutes.

I warm up for 2 mins which equates to jumping jacks, etc.
I then go straight into the burpees; about 12-15 in 30 secs depending on how I'm feeling; then 60 sec active rest and back into another round. I've never counted rounds but I cool down for 2 mins so I'm actually doing burpees/active rest for 16 mins..... so that's what....???? about 11 sets altogether??? I want to throw up most times, but I get 'em done.
