I've gotten bored with Bill's fat loss program. Nothing against it, it worked well, but it's the same exercises over and over. I've only a week left but since I took a break for the Summit I'm going to start over with the advanced lifter routine in the TNT book. Also, I'm going back on the TNT diet A for a couple weeks or so before I switch that up.
Week 1 TNT
warmup (1x10 ea.)
jumping jacks
arm circles
lunges
bw squats
hip extensions
lying leg extensions
pushups
thoratic rotation
fire hydrants
groiners
bulgarian split squats 3x8 90 sec rest 20's
superset 3x8 60 sec. rest: bent over rows 155
db bench 55's
superset 3x8 60 sec. rest: planks 60 sec. holds
pullups bw+35
10 mins stretching/ Qi gong for cooldown

What type of results did you see with Bill's program?
I had to wikipedia "qi gong" - never heard of that.

Well, letl's see...... with his program and the TNT diet plan A I was able to drop 3+ inches off the waist, bounce my strength back up and get from roughly 23 % bf down to roughly 10 %. Very happy, but it's time to move on. I'm getting bored and my muscled need a change up. I typically don't like to stay with the same routine (exercises) much past 4 weeks in order to keep the body out of a rut.

For those of us that met you at the Summit, Terry, you are in great shape. You have made an amazing comeback.

Thanks John! Makes me feel good. I was showing my mom some of the pics from the trip and I pointed you out to her and she couldn't believe you were 59. She said dhe would have guessed you no more than 39.

Day 3 w.o. B
warmup (1x10 ea.)
jumping jacks
arm circles
lunges
bw squats
hip extensions
lying leg extensions
pushups
thoratic rotation
fire hydrants
groiners
2x20 unless otherwise noted
goblet squat 15 first set, 25 second set
ss w/
V grip seated row 50 first set, 70 second set
hip extensions BW both sets
ss w/
pushups BW both sets
lat pulldown 70 both sets
ss w/
neutral grip shoulder press 25's both sets
swiss ball jackknife 15 reps BW only
11 mins of stretching and cooldown
Notes:
Well, this is different. I'm not used to going high reps and lowered weights. I didn't even know what weight to use.... Had to figure it out as I went as you can tell by the bouncing around. I did get real nice, deep squats on the goblet and it actually felt pretty good going back to the basic pushup. My body will certainly react to the higher reps and the lighter weight. I'm so not using my slow twitch muscle fiber and it will definitely be good for me.

Nice work. How did the squats go with the knee tracking that Manuel was talking about?

Off training / cardio day.
Good thing too. I awoke this morning to 5" of water in the basement! I didn't hear anything last night, but according to everyone I talked to today we got something like 4-5" of rain in about an hour! Listening to the news this morning, that breaks some kind of record for rainfall in a 24 hour period. My best guess is that the sump pump couldn't keep up with the amount of incoming rain. We had to toss almost all the toys in the kids playroom, had to wash all the clothes in my basement, bathroom closet and had to pull up all the rubber mating in my gym. It was a very busy and tiring day but we managed to get everything dried out and disinfected. I heard stories of people's toilets backing up in the basement so we were at least lucky that didn't happen to us.
