10 each
jumping jacks
arm circles
lunges
squats
hip extensions
lying leg extensions
push ups
thoratic rotation
fire hydrants
groiners


2x12

45 sec rest
thrusters - 25's both sets

30 sec rest
bent over rows - 135 both sets
ss w/
db bench - 45's; 55's

back extensions - 25 both sets
ss w/
swiss ball jacknife - bodyweight both sets

add on set:
db calf raises - 55 both sets

10 mins. stretching and cooldown

30 mins HIIT cycling. 20 then 5 min rest then 10 mins more.

60 sec rest
squats - 185 all sets

45 sec rest
bent over rows - 185 all sets
ss w/
flat db bench - 80's all sets

good morning - 95 all sets
ss w/
chins - bw+45 all sets

kneeling reverse cable woodchop - 25; 45; 45


Notes:
I took three days off from lifting to recuperate. My body (and mind/spirit) has been going full bore lately and I needed a rest period. Back at it today.
