Hi all. I've been lurking for a week or so- and decided to start my own log. You guys are much more supportive (and nicer) than those I have seen on some other boards!
As of Monday (march 31) I started with the NROL4W program. I'm not new to lifting by any means, having started seriously about 10 years ago. I do, however, have a bit of excess me to get rid of!
So... the beginning stats:
5'2"
157 lbs
36 years old
30% bf
I'd like to drop some lbs., but I really don't care what the number on the scale says- as long as I can drop it to 20-25%bf I'll be happy. I've been working with a trainer for about the last 3 months, and have already lost some inches. A clothing size would be nice, too

Workout 1 went very well for me, and I did some HIIT today. Cardio is traditionally my downfall- as I hate, hate, hate it.
I'm tracking my food on Fitday- and eating a whole lot more. Until last week I had been doing Weight Watchers- but I was clearly not eating enough! I'm shooting for the 40/30/30 macros, and doing fairly well, except for fat. My fat intake is usually on the low side.
