So, not that anyone really cares, but I stopped NROL4W a few weeks ago. It really screwed me up, but that's just my fault. I don't doubt that it is a good program, I just don't think I like following someone else's program. Plus, some of the exercises in Stage 3 just made me feel silly. I'm still lifting though!! Just doing my own thing again.
Anyway, there are DEFINITELY a few things I can take from the program, I really did see strength gain with Stage 1, but it was time for me to move on
I will probably be around the board, possibly lurking, haha, but I doubt I will continue with this log.
