Default Running away the kilos

Hello guys!

It's my first post here & I got excited at this training log! My brother (a very dedicated young bodybuilder - he's 17 and I'm 16) just put me on a little running program in hope I lose some 5kg (I'm not fat, just not lean!) and up my metabolism!

Here's the set up:

First Week
Morning: 10mins of running, 3 times
Night: 10 mins of running, 3 times

Second Week
Morning: 15mins of running, 3 times
Night: 15 mins of running, 3 times

Third Week
Morning: 20mins of running, 3 times
Night: 20 mins of running, 3 times

Fourth Week
Morning: 30mins of running, 3 times
Night: 30 mins of running, 3 times

The deal with me is, I used to be very onto eating healthy (lost weight 2 yrs back!) but that slipped off after a camp..now it's hard for me for some reason & I tend to overeat just for no reason! it's like a bad compulsion & you have no idea how embarassing it is to admit this. I'm hoping this program will help me lose it & get into a fit lifestyle but I don't know how long more I can go with this 10 minute running thing! I admit, I've walked when I felt fatigued but I try my best to stick to it. It's Day 5 after completing all!

How'd you guys evaluate it? I plan to add some strength training and start scheduling a diet plan for next week because I've been eating freely because I felt so hungry!
