I am seeing more of a trend then not of people gaining strength and little bits of body comp changes but am not seeing a lot of people yet who have had real significant loss on this program. When I started with my trainer he knocked 15lbs of fat off me in a month and a half. I just am not seeing that sort of thing happening with this program. I think it is more designed for gaining strength than for just fat loss and the fat loss that happens is more of a side goal.
I'm not sure that's a fair comparison - a program from a book vs an individualized program with supervised exercise sessions.

I really like your attitude, and I think I do the same thing: stay in my comfort zone when pushing forward, trying more weight will earn me what I crave. Maybe I stay comfy for fear of looking goofy? IDK.

Back extension…

Don’t have the contraption…cobra’s are way too boring….skipped this all together….gotta find a substitute….

Ok, these hurt!!!!

Swiss ball crunch, Hip flexion, Lateral flexions…
Did these in supersets…

Oops, just realized there were Prone Cobras at the end….

No intervals tonight

Well, not my best w/o by any means….but instead of bitchin and complaining I’ll just leave it at that.
