Thanks guys. And John, you're right, definitely a reason to stay in shape! It becomes all the more difficult with 3 kids now! Unfortunately, my sacred alone time in the evenings is split up between working out, getting 5-10 minutes to play my drums, and checking stuff out online. Sitting on the computer comes last....sorry to say, but that's the way it is! But I'll be checking in!

My current program is a mix of 3 short, intense, total body circuits I got from MH. Basically, I'm rotating through 3 of the 15 minute workouts. Hopefully, I'm getting enough balance amongst my muscle groups. I'm combining that with some HIIT, which I will up to daily sessions (again, nice and short). So, by going with short sessions 5-6 days a week, as opposed to my old 3-4 day splits, I can match my total volume, but spread it out enough that my wife and kids aren't without me for over an hour on the weeknights, when I need to be making dinner, doing homework, giving baths, etc....

Kelly has lost 32 lbs since Ethan was born March 2nd. I couldn't be happier, and she's even more ecstatic. She ended up LOSING weight in the beginning of her pregnancy, and ended up only gaining a total of 7 lbs from where she started. And Mr. Ethan was born at 9lbs 13oz!! That's some accomplishment!

So, there's my little update. I'll ba back, maybe sooner, maybe later, but I'll be back!

Mike

Update, update.

Started Huge in a Hurry last night, went well! Weights were a little light, but I haven't used a barbell in a few months, let alone tried to front squat!

Just a note, Kelly (Mrs. Fayman) joined a local gym a few weeks ago and is liking it a lot, much moreso than trying to work out around home. Me, I still love my basement dungeon. No gym memberships for this guy!

Baby Ethan is 3 months old now, weighs in at a whopping 20 lbs. and is 127th percentile in height and off the charts in weight. Having a brother who is 6'6" and 335 lbs, I'm starting to worry that he's inherited his genes! On the bright side, he'll be deadlifting more than me by the time he turns 4!

I'll be back....
