Hey, I'm new here. I was looking for a place to have a log and this site seems to have a pretty active community, so I decided this would be a good place to put up what I do for critiques and encouragement.

I'm currently doing my own push/pull routine and plan on getting into professional full body program once summer rolls around. My goals are strength and athleticism because I'm sick of being the worst guy on the team when me and my buddies play intramurals

. I'm also working on evening out imbalances from a couple years of semi-unguided lifting.. My lower body is currently in redevelopment. Be easy on my routine until summer starts.. I really plan on kicking out the jams once my schedule opens up more.
