Default Good God-are these numbers real?

Better late than never!

Just started NROL4W today. I finished the book started the diet and did the stage one workout.

My goals!
1. Be comfortable in my own skin (have my skin contain excess blubber)
2. Be stronger and hopefully lighter
3. FINISH!

here are the measurements (watch out they are scary)

5"10"
231lbs
(this is the weight I was when delivered my first child-13 years ago)
neck- 15.5
biceps 13.5
bust 48
waist 42
hips 49
thigh 23
calf 15.5

I knew it was bad but
seriously?

I was able to complete the first work out
warm up

squats with 95lbs 2 X15
push up 2X15
pulls 2X 15 40 lbs (will increase this)
step ups just body weight (I am going to feel those tomorrow) 2X15
jack knives2X15 (these were tough)

a short walk as a cool down--thought I was going to see Mr. Pukie

FAT Momma is strong-

Lets focus on the diet now!

Thanks all
