New NROL Log
Hello All,
I am just finishing up my break in workouts and wanted to start logging my results for extra motivation, as reading Mahler's NROL log is what got me into this to begin with.
My background is that I am a 26 year old professional out working for two years after earning my MBA. Needless to say, after 6 years of college and grad school and 2 years of sitting in my office, I am nowhere near the shape I was in as a Highschool Cross Country Runner.
I am 5-10 and weighed 270 pounds two years ago, but have whittled that down to 240. I am looking to become stronger and fitter through this program and am hoping to drop down to 200.
I plan to post my measurements and my results through the break in program later tonight and will track my results on here and in my excel logs. Any input anyone who takes the time to read my log may have is more than welcome.
