Alright, what is/are your trainer's qualifications? Three out of five exercises are isolations.
That's 60% of your workout.
And I don't know of too many people still prescribing to pyramids, but then, fitness is not my profession, just my personal cause.
Some kudos to you though. I like the PP numbers. Your deadlifts are sweet too.

Meh, I was doing compound lifts for a while. I just wanted to do some simple lifts for a while until my book got here.
Told my trainer not to bother with a new program so I can put a handle on NROL4W.
Just been going on my own for the last week or so. Making it up as I go. It's been a while since I did that so I'm seriously out of practice.

High crash ratio on the tandem rotor Chinook?? Where the hell did you get that from? It's one of the most reliable heavy lift helicopters ever created. It's been flying in the Army since 'Nam.

Hmmm...which is the one the Marines use?
I remember that one drawing some criticism for the questionable amount of crashes. Maybe it was the Osprey. I'm fuzzy.

The Osprey has had a quite a few issues, which may be what you're thinking of. It was regarded as a death trap by many, but it is flying in combat now without issue. Pretty revolutionary design.
The Marines use the CH-46 Sea King, which I do not know much about. It is defintely different from the CH-47 Chinook, though.
Chinooks are badass, straight up.
Sorry for the hijack, now back to your regularly scheduled program!
