Default Wedding Prep Workouts!!!!!!

If you can tell from the name I am engaged to NorthernWisco (Ray). I only want to loose 10 or so lbs but I really want to shed some fat and gain some muscles.

I have been doing 2 full body weight training sessions a week with 1 Kettle ball circuit/BW exercises. Along with 3 HIIT sessions on the Tred!

I'm starting to get arms!

1-16-08

KB Swings x10
Pushups x10
KB Lunge w/rotation x10
KB Swings x10
3 sets

First time doing this! It was hard!

I will try to update on a regular basis

Thursday-January 17, 2008 Cardio

Walk 5 min at 3.2 warm up

Run 2 min @ 5.8
Row 2 min @ 75% effort
x4

It was more Ray Runs I row Ray rows I run type deal it made it fly by but wow was I sweating bullets!

a1) Deads (rack)- 4x6 @ 105
a2) DB OH Press- 4x6 @15\

b1) Pull Ups- 4x6 @ 90 assistance
b2) Lunges- 4x6 @ 15

c1) Pushdowns 4x6 @ 50
c2) Balance in push up postion with feet on swiss ball 2x15 seconds

Ray was at hockey so I had to deal with people telling me that walking for an hour would be better for me than running
