Completed the HIIT session yesterday which consisted of:
HIIT
30 seconds sprint, 90 seconds rest x 8
I also foam rolled my aches away. I have said it before and I will say it again. I LOVE THE FOAM ROLLER. I feel absoultely superb after only 5 minutes on the thing.
My diet has been completely in check.
I haven't been going for my lunch time walks and I am going to start doing these again, starting from today.
