Trying to stretch my hamstrings yesterday, right leg was ok, but lifting my left leg onto the lounge to stretch really pulled on my back.
Have always had tight hammies, will fix that this week.
good luck with mobility and recovering. Take it slowly and get healed up

thanks
Mobility both Monday and last night, my back feels ~98% recovered which is good. I think it was a week ago I did it, thats a long ass time to recover.

So it all should be good for a Sunday re-start, I have been putting the finishing touches on my program. Kinda WS4SB - Starting Strength based, but will be mainly RE for the first maybe 4 weeks, to get things moving especially my squat which I need a lot of work on.

Keg
- I finally got the damn thing open, it was easy in the end with the right tool. Washed it out and have filled it maybe a 3rd the way. Did some Clean and Presses with it last night to test drive it, the water sloshing around inside makes it pretty interesting.

Sled
- Cut the side out of the tire I picked up, and put a bbq plate (i think) that the builders left inside it at as the base (its heavy). Looped a chain around and attached a rope and its good to go. The sled weighs around
40kg (88lbs) with plenty of space to fill it up. Just need to find a longer rope or strap. Cant wait to use it.
