Those deads look good.
got my kettlebell from Kettlebells :: Australian Kettlebells they are relatively expensive for what weight you actually are getting. Just wanted one for fun.

Thats why i thought the tyres would be free at the recycling place too, but i guess they have to make money somehow
Job sounds interesting
Deads are coming back and feeling pretty good
thats the site i was looking at too, a kb would be good, maybe not for the price at the moment, let us know how it works out

thanks,
and you agree that simon's awesome , dont do that he doesnt need encouraging
Have been reading Starting Strength, just finished the squat chapter.
I thought my lack of leg flexibility was a problem, but getting the bar into the low bar position he talks about is pretty damn hard and not very comfortable on my shoulders.
So I have plenty of work to do to get my shoulders more flexible.

Pep talk time. How do your rows feel? I'd be expecting them to be higher then your bench. Are you using the bench for support or your leg?
Nothing wrong with staying another week on that program if you feel you have more to get out of it. One of the reasons programs change so often is because most people don't change their programs ever. You'll be fine staying put for a bit.

M, MMMMMMMMMMMMy life is busy.
Friday afternoon went bad which meant Saturday went bad, = no working out.
My sons birthday party on sunday and his birthday yesterday = will have to wait till wednesday night till the next available time.
On another note, I'm really struggling to get a 3rd day it at the moment (with a day between) as you can tell, so i think I'm going to go back to WS4SB or a variation of and get back to 4 days, which will be easier to fit in.
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - should be easier to fit in.
I better start drawing up the plan

hey Josh, im doing this version
and my rows have always been a weak point for me, I will be putting a focus on back work to try and correct this and I'm even going to try and throw in a short back specific workout in on Saturdays when I go back to ws4sb.
Hopefully that helps
