A lot of people would've had the cookie and ditched the workout, so props to ya on the anniversary and the workout.

This is true. For awhile there we thought his avatar was some weird class phallic symbol.

Thanks! Today was lunch with the Prez and the CEO, along with 40 other 10 and 15 year people. Fruit compote, mixed green salad with creamy orange dressing, and stuffed chicken breast with rice and green beans. Then oreo cheesecake for dessert. Tomorrow will be clean eats, I promise.

Temporarily? It can be permanent if you have enough testosterone.

C'mon Bill. You had to think that none of would know that's from your eclectic hobby.

All the weird avatars out there and you guys remember mine from 2005. I suppose I should be flattered. Maybe this is an indication I ought to recruit you and we can start meeting up at insulator shows and swapmeets.

Max Fat Loss Plan by Danny King

Activation & Mobility

A1) One arm DB row: 3 x 15 @ 40 ES (+5)

A2) Serratus crunch: 3 x 15 @ 15 EH

B1) Seated high row: 3 x 15 @ 80 (+10)

B2) Single leg DL: 3 x 15 @ 25 ES

C1) Standing cable press: 3 x 15 @ 45

C2) Pin squat: 15 @ 95, 2 x 15 @ 65 lower setting

D1) Turkish Get Ups: 3 x 15 @ 8 ES (+3)

D2) One arm overhead squat: 3 x 15 @ 5 + 10

Comments: took some weights up today. It seemed like I'd been stuck at the same level for quite a while. The last couple reps of the DB rows and high rows were kinda ugly. Maybe they shouldn't count.

Cable press and pin squats were straight sets.

Almost didn't do the TGUs, but Steve and Neil showed up while I was working on pin squats. Couldn't wuss out in front of them, so I caved to peer pressure. Took them up to 8 pounds. Yowza... the increased weight brought on that OMG-I'm-gonna-puke-then-die feeling that was missing the last couple times I did them.

And Dumbass Move of the Day TM : I got home and can't find my workout log anywhere. It's ALL the pages of this program. Must have fallen out of my pocket at the gym. CRAP!

Max Fat Loss Plan (Take 2) by Danny King

A1) Face pull: 3 x 12 @ 100

A2) Plank w/ reach & touch: 3 x 12 @ bw

B1) Wide stance RDL: 3 x 12 @ 155 (+10)

B2) NG DB Bench press: 2 x 12 @ 50 EH, 11 @ 50 EH (crap!)

C1) Mixed grip pulldown: 3 x 12 @ 100

C2) Step down: 3 x 12 @ 20 EH (+5 EH)

D1) Scap plane lateral raise: 3 x 12 @ 17.5

D2) Reverse crunch: 3 x 12 @ bw

Comments: Good workout. Increased a few weights. Things got really crazy this week and missed a few days.

Afterward I tried ABB Extreme Protein 50 shake, milk chocolate flavor. BLEAH! It has both a chalky kaopectate-like taste, plus a tinny metallic edge, too. Blowing 4.00 on that garbage counts as my Dumbass Move of the Day.

Well, 4.00 for a lesson well learned, plus it didn't involve any bodily danger. Today I stuck with my cheap Sam's Club whey + water, which doesn't taste too bad, considering the alternative!
