NO PULLUPS OR ROLL-OUTS. If I could say that with an anymore scared look I would. I'm going to forget that I spent the last 4 years working out every other day and start over.

Oh yeah. I did twenty on the treadmill. Now I'm off to little league.

Thanks for keeping track of me ladies. I need it.

The secret is to have a whole lot of mediocre jokes about how bad you play that you can dazzle the rest of your group with. If you can some how relate it to the business you're in the better.

I am, however, great at putt putt.
Prolly because I practice puttering around so much.

20 minutes on the treadmill 3% incline at a 3 speed. Nothing special.

Holy cow. This is my first time here -- I've just read this entire log from start to finish (actually, in reverse). You've been through a buttload of stuff and you're working out again! Freaking amazing.

I guess saying Gabe has gone through a "buttload of stuff" is a pretty accurate description of his situation huh? Oh, the irony.

Jill and Diane,

The jokes are endless. I've gotten pretty used to them. One of the better one is when people would say that I was full of shit. I would look at them very seriously and say, "No I'm not. It's right here."

Now for the update. The doctor fully released me. The caveat is that I need to take it slow. My abdominal muscles have been sliced and diced. The ostomy actually was cut through muscle. The scar is in the place between the muscle. Needless to say I need to take it slow before I hurt myself again.

I still need you guys to look after me.

I'm done with the thread. I think I can add a third thing to my don't discuss in polite company list. Religion, politics, or Long Form Marketing.

Seems like they are doing a good job. I can lend a hand with kicking ass if you get out of line, Gabe.

It's great news from your doc. Ease into it, my friend.
