I'm so bad I even went back and checked to make sure I wasn't the offending party. I couldn't find anything.

Don't get me wrong. I slaughter the English language typing all the time. I swear my brain works faster than my fingers. If it weren't for spell check I doubt I'd be employed.

plus, typos are one thing, writing "I have obscurediseaseimitis (sp?)" is something else all together.

I did this one yesterday.

Big Boy Basics

Day 4 (Upper Body)

Incline DB Bench Press: 3 x 8 @ 50EH 90s
DB Bent Row: 3 x 8 @ 35 EH 90s
Standing BB Curls: 3 x 8 @ 40 + Bar 60s
Tricep Press - Downs: 1 x 8 @ 52.5, 1 x 8 @ 60, 1 x 8 @ 55 90s

I'm a so sore from the prior leg work out that I can hardly bend down. The DOMS is the worst I've had in a long long time.

I was helping the wife around the house, come on lust after me, and I realized that I've already read 7 books this year. Illness and the writers strike is making me a more well rounded person.

Batting Practice with the boy, yard work with my wife, and dinner with the neighbors. It was a fantastic way to spend a Sunday that was 75 and sunny.

I took the weekend off so this was day 7.

Big Boy Basics

Day 7 (Lower Body)

BB Hack Squats: 8 x 3 @ 135
Leg Extensions: 3 x 3 @ 100, 5 x 3 @ 115 60s
Seated Calf Raises: 2 x 3 @ 90, 3 x 3 @ 100, 3 x 3 @ 110 30s

Comments: If you haven't noticed by now I have taken out all direct ab work. I'm going to start trying to work it back in but it really just hard to do with bag mechanics. The strength is coming back. Today felt good. I probably could have gotten more up on the hack squats but I was focusing on form. Meaning that I didn't want to scrape up the back of legs. I also had to do leg extensions instead of curls. This small temp gym I am in didn't have the equipment. Arrgghh!

Today is an upper body day. I'm looking forward to it.

I had a good upper body work out last night. I'll post the log after the kids get to sleep.
