I'll PM you later today. I've got a ton of stuff on my list trying to get ready to go.

Correct decision, Gabe, IMHO. It would be weighing on you otherwise. You really want to get on the mend ASAP, I can tell.

OK. It was a pretty productive day yesterday.

I'm wrapping things up around the office nicely. Crossing things off the to-do list with wild abandon. I also managed to get into the Dr. to do the pre-op stuff. I did the following.

1. Blood Work
2. Urine Sample
3. EKG
4. X-Ray
5. Tons of Paper Work

It's always a little disconcerting when you have to list you next of kin and whether or not you have a living will. It was a wonder that my blood pressure was running high. T-minus 5 days. I still need to order a few more books off from Amazon. I've got my eye on the new Neal Stephenson and a business book with a topic that would bore most of you so I'll leave it off.

Anyway that's the update. My quest to become bionic continues.

Take a pain killer. That's always good for some good conversation. Save a few and we can talk to each other next week. With Otto moderating I bet we can solve at least 3 of the world's problems.

I've got Vicodin, Toradol, and one other one that I can't remember. We are going to have a great time.

If you can't remember, then it was probably Midazolam.

Darvocet is not good. I stopped taking it because I hated the side effects -- and I suspect it wouldn't be advised after surgery for your gut.
