I only liked him cuz of the songs. In reality, I was a Kermit girl, hated Miss Piggy, and then liked some of the supporting characters. For instance, Beaker and the dudes in the opera box who I just couldn't ever remember the names of. In 30 years, still would have to look it up.

The guys in the box are awesome. I was also a big fan of the Swedish chef.

Animal is a solid play but I always thought that as an actor his range was limited.

ahhhh....the good ol days.

Animal FTW. Limited range is not an issue when what you have is so pimpin'.

You can honestly say that Animal is the best muppet. Laugh for Laugh the old guys in the balcony beat him down.

I was hoping to hit 190 today but a couple of meeting ran long, I need to go pick up my car, and the boy has practice so it looks like I'll do it tomorrow.

Phase III Wrkt 10
Deadlift: 3 x 8 @ 190 (+5) R90s
Lateral Raise: 3 x 8 @ 22.5 (+2.5) R90s
Chin Up: 3 x 8 @ BW R90s
X-Over Lunges: 2 x 8 @ 32.5 R90s
Tri Pushdown: 3 x 8 @ 130
Bicep Curls: 3 x 8 @ 32.5 R90s
Pushups: 1 x 24 @ BW R90s

Comments: Good stuff. I'm tired and needing water but it was a good work out. With the exception of my stomach my body recomp is going nicely. I measured my arms again last night cause I'm freaky like that and they were actually up 1/8 of an inch in two weeks. I'm also gaining weight nicely. I'm 4 lbs from part one of my goal of getting back to my pre surgery weight.

Next month maybe Julie will work her magic and focus on my pecs. She gave me guns. Now I need bigger boobiez. No movement on the stomach front though. It's sadly still deformed.

I did and I agree that upon first blush it tends to fit. The only problem I have is that I can't find anything that says that it could be caused by surgery. It's probably worth going to the doctor but I admit I'm having a hard time nutting up and going. The thought of having to have another surgery is very demoralizing.

It feels like I've been going through this for ever and it starting to get a little upsetting. I'll stop whining now.

Let's assume for the moment that it's true. What changes in your mind.

We're talking to the original surgeon today to get an opinion. Otherwise we know a plastic surgeon who we can consult with after that.
