I did my first bit of extra credit that Julie provided me today. It worked me over pretty good. I'll post the log tomorrow.

Extra Wrk 1

Supine Head Lift: 2 x 25 R45s
Incline Mountain Climber: 2 x 15 R45s
William’s Curl Up: 2 x 25 R45s
Ab Curl Down: 2 x 15 R45s
Plank: 38s

Comments: Wow! When I first read this work out I thought it would be relatively easy. I was wrong. Overall I got through it very nicely. Right now I don't have any DOMS but it feels like I am on my way to it. I think my abs will eventually be OK. I hope so. I'll keep measuring and watch and see. If I don't get some movement on the measurements of the top abs I'll head back to the Dr. and see what the deal is. I'll admit the thought of another surgery really upsets me. Coming back from this has sucked.

On a happier note. I weighed in this morning and it looks like I'm up 1 lb for the month. I'm interest to see if there is any size gains came this month even though I only gained about a pound.

Did that make you feel better. I was trying to not make it drip with sarcasm and I don't think I pulled it off. Of course with a huricane brewing in the gulf it could be a situation where any place but here is going to be nice.

Chin Up: 2 x 8 @ BW R90s
Tri Pushdown: 2 x 8 @ 130
DB Bicep Curls: 2 x 8 @ 32.5 (+2.5) R90s
Pushups: 2 x 8 @ BW legs on ball R90s

Comments: I didn't do any extra work on this one. I got in and got it done. It's nice to see my strength coming up. The down side is that I only gained an lb this month. Like ussual I need to eat more. Speaking of, I'm going to lunch now.

I was watching some show about people who eat like 10s of thousands of calories a day, and like would gain 40 pounds a month. It's only like a couple hundred of dollars of food a day… like $35 in candy bars… You can do it.

Or, you could be happy you're only gaining a pound of likely NONfat.

Yeah, I'm privy to all sorts of weather reports so I'm not expecting it to be that big of a deal. They are still closing the campus tomorrow which will be nice. I get to work in my bunny slippers. Unfortunately it means I'll miss my work out since I can't get out of here in time to do that and get my kid to football camp.

How about you? You're closer to the coast than I am.
