It was a great time. Even better was the weather. One woman's hot and humid is another mans glorious day. It was 15 degrees or more cooler than at the house with signigificantly less humidity.

PS I like the new avatar.

Don't be a hater. One of my friends has the gift of gab and he talked us into the second VIP area. I met some very cool people including the reigning NL MVP.

I've told all the good things now I'll tell the bad or at least the parts that others won't think are as cool. Item 1. We only ate 1 meal that needed a utinsil and that was at some diner we found at about 4:30 in the morning somewhere in Gramercy.

I actually do plan on getting back to working out. I figured I was something like 21 hours behind on my sleep. I spent the remainder of last week catching up. I did that and am now ready to go.

Phase III Wrkt 2

Deadlift: 2 x 8 @ 160 R90s
Lateral Raise: 2 x 8 @ 20 (+5) R90s
Alt. Rev. X-Over Lunge: 2 x 8 @ 20 R90s
Chin Up: 2 x 8 @ BW R90s
Tri Pushdown: 1 x 8 @ 120
DB Bicep Curls: 2 x 8 @ 30 R90s
Pushups: 2 x 8 @ BW legs on ball R90s

Comments: I'm really enjoying this phase. The X-cross overs are a bit odd but everything else is old school moving weights. I'm heading to Sea World with the kids for a couple of days. I'm going to try to get it a work out in at the hotel but we'll see. No promise.

Typo. I did 2 sets. The real problem is the gym at work seems to be on a different scale of weights than the commercial gym.

We're back from Sea World in San Antonio. The trip went well even though we got a little wet.

I was hoping to get a good work out in today but the world conspired against me. I need it. I'm not doing anything to make my stomach deformity go away and it is really bothering me. I'm turning into a self concious freak. That is instead of my normal freakish self.

Nice Lisa!

I got the workout in. I started feeling bad so I went ahead and got in the gym before the little league game. It felt good. I'll post the numbers tomorrow.

Phase III Wrkt 3

Deadlift: 2 x 8 @ 165 (+5) R90s
Lateral Raise: 2 x 8 @ 20 R90s
Alt. Rev. X-Over Lunge: 2 x 8 @ 25 (+5) R90s
Chin Up: 2 x 8 @ BW R90s
Tri Pushdown: 1 x 8 @ 130 (+10)
DB Bicep Curls: 1 x 8 @ 30, 1 x 8 @ 32.5 R90s
Pushups: 2 x 8 @ BW legs on ball R90s

Comments: I went a little later than normal and the gym was crowded. As a result I had to do things out of order. That is not reflected in the log. I'm going to try and make a push to work a lot harder. Julie! If you are reading can you suggest any supplemental work that I can do today? The shape of my stomach is really bothering me. Even my kids are saying things. I shouldn't be so vain. I know. I know. It's just very difficult not to wish it would just magically dissapear and all my shirts would once again fit right.
